Michael Stefan, Jr., Vice President of The Richman Group of Florida, Inc. located in Richman’s West Palm Beach, Florida office and oversees the construction/development of Richman’s multi-family projects.  Mr. Stefan graduated from University of Miami/FL with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and holds an active FL general contractors license.
