Terry Gentry, Executive Vice President of The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation is located in Richman’s Portland, Oregon office and is responsible for identifying transactions, underwriting, coordinating due diligence and closing the equity investments. Mr. Gentry graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Political Science with specialization in sustainable development. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.
