Jennifer Ambrosecchia, Owner’s Representative and Executive Vice President of The Richman Group Development Corporation is located in Richman’s Greenwich, CT office and is responsible for supporting project underwriting and management, working on new initiatives and acting as the liaison between The Richman Group Development Corporation and Richman Property Services to ensure that the owner’s goals are met and executed by the operations team with respect to the performance of all properties developed by The Richman Group Development Corporation.   Ms. Ambrosecchia graduated from Manhattanville College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance.
