St. Nicholas Park

St. Nicholas Park is the third and final phase of a 256-unit mixed-income, mixed-use complex on an assemblage of city-owned and privately owned land. Together, the 3 phases occupy almost one square block from West 127th -128th street between St Nicholas Avenue and Fredrick Douglass Boulevard. The 4 buildings, ranging in height from 7 to 12 stories were arranged around a landscaped central courtyard. The previous two phases of the development commenced simultaneously in 2009. The Balton consists of two buildings with 32 LIHTC units and 125 units for families at or below 130% AMI, with 8,161 Sq. Ft. of ground floor commercial space and a 119-space sub-grade parking garage. Douglas Park is a single building with 69 LIHTC units and 6,700 Sq. Ft. of ground floor commercial space.
