Andrea Wong-Miller, Vice President of Richman Housing Resources LLC is located in Richman’s New York office and is responsible for origination, underwriting and closing of affordable housing tax credit investments. Ms. Wong-Miller graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelor of Arts, and the University of Pennsylvania with a Master of City Planning and Certificate in Real Estate.
