Jon McGerity, Vice President of The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation is located in Richman’s Greenwich, CT office and is responsible for origination, underwriting and closing of affordable housing tax credit investments as well as internal credit review for all lower tier tax credit investments. Mr. McGerity has a B.B.A. from Berkeley College.
