Pamela Bower, Director of Real Estate Operations of Richman Asset Management, Inc., is located in Richman’s Greenwich, Connecticut Office and is responsible for managing the Tax Credit Equity Asset Management team, assessing and mitigating risk in the portfolio and investment dispositions. Additionally, she creates and implements procedural improvements in the division and guides the asset management staff with an emphasis on the watch list and the properties in the construction and lease-up phase of the life-cycle. Ms. Bower graduated with a BSBA in Finance from Northeastern University and completed Masters courses at Suffolk University.
