Sigmund Ting, Assistant Vice President of The Richman Group Affordable Housing Corporation, is located in Richman’s New York City office and is responsible for the underwriting and acquisition of affordable housing tax credit investments. Mr. Ting earned a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a B.A. from the University of California Berkeley.
